Configuration
As determined by the functionality purchased, a configuration exercise in conjunction with the Customer. From aesthetics such as branding through to security such as Password settings to functionality such as Brief and Bid template fields.
Support
When support requests arise, they can be submitted through to a dedicated support system where tickets are assigned an SLA based on their severity. Tickets are then tracked through to resolution through the system, keeping the submitter informed at all stages.
Training
As much or as little training that is desired can be provided. While being user friendly and easy to navigate, onboarding can be facilitated by training on the basic navigation and steps for each user type. Short guides on each user journey will be provided and longer guides for those performing more administrative functions.
